Do I need water, power, or a hose?At this time we require all clients to provide water and power so we can complete our detail. Eventually, we would like to have our own water and generator to be completely self sufficient.

Do I have to be there?As long as you have provided us your keys we do not require you to be there at all. We want our service to be as convenient as possible.

How long does a detail take?Typically you can expect our details to take anywhere from 2hrs up to 6hrs but, this can vary based on size of vehicle, weather conditions, condition of your vehicle and service you select.

Can you remove pet hair?Yes! We will remove pet hair.

Do you remove stains?Yes! We can remove dirt, food/drink stains from carpet and upholstery within reason.

Can you remove odors from my vehicle?Generally, with a nice interior detail, it can remove some to most odors, but with just a cleaning we cannot guarantee the removal of all odors and may need more of an extensive process.

Can you remove water spots, tree sap, bird poop?Typically we can remove all 3. If your water spots or bird poop have been on your vehicle for some time though and have etched into the paint we cannot remove them.

Do you provide paint touch up or scratch removal?Not at this time. We plan on expanding our services to provide polishing services and ceramic coatings.

How do I schedule an appointment?You can book your appointment online here: https://www.eggwashcardetailing.com/book-online choose the service you would like, date and time that works for you, vehicle type, enter a few details and that is it! How do I pay for your service?We offer online payments through our website or you can pay in person.

What is your cancellation policy?We ask for you to let us know at least 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, that goes directly to our detailers, for the loss of work that day.

What is your 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy?We take pride in our work and take accountability if someone is not 100% happy with their detail. Please let us know within 24 hours of your detail and we will come out to re-clean and make it right! (Within a 7-day window). This is at no additional charge to you. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

If my vehicle has blood, urine, feces, vomit, or any drug paraphernalia, can those be removed?For our own health, safety and liability concerns, we do not remove any of these and will not work on a car that has these types of biohazards. We have a right to refuse ANY service upon inspection of your vehicle.

What if my car is extremely dirty or has a lot of garbage?We typically ask the client to remove all personal items and anything that would not allow us to clean your vehicle properly. For our own health safety and liability concerns, we will not work on vehicles that look like someone has been living in it or has any sort of infestation of bugs, animals, or mold.

What if my car needs the headliner cleaned?Headliners are typically really tricky to clean. For liability reasons we do not remove stains on headliners or clean headliners. This is because if any moisture is introduced to these and not treated properly it can come loose from the adhesive that holds them onto your vehicle and result in a sagging or damaged headliner.
